* Learn basic striking fundamentals & situational Self-defense skills to gain confidence & be able to protect yourself.
* Better to be prepared then unprepared, a little bit of knowledge can go a long way.
* Coach Sal: has trained in mixed martial arts for 14yrs. Has his black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, certified boxing coach under USA boxing and has also trained in Kickboxing & Self-defense tactics.
*Assistant Coach Amanda: Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt and coach, trains in boxing, self defense.
*Swag: T-shirt, Self-defense key chain and whistle.
